When we launched Staritas 90 days ago, we did so with a clear purpose: to help healthcare organizations make every choice clear.
While our name is new, our mission is built on decades of experience serving healthcare leaders with independent data, trusted expertise, and technology designed to support better decisions. Over the past three months, we’ve focused on building a strong foundation for the future while continuing to deliver the insights and solutions our clients rely on every day.
Launching a new company is never just about creating a new brand. It’s about building an organization that can adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare landscape while remaining focused on the needs of its clients. And I’m incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished in a short period of time.
Throughout this transition, our employees have remained committed to delivering exceptional service, our clients have continued to place their trust in us, and our partners have helped us move forward with confidence.

One milestone that I’m particularly excited about is the addition of Rajneesh Kumar as our Chief Technology Officer.
Raj brings deep experience leading technology transformation, scaling enterprise platforms, and delivering innovative digital solutions. His leadership strengthens our ability to accelerate product innovation while ensuring we continue delivering the trusted, independent insights our clients expect.
